amyamy: (Office Monkey)
When we last left Office Monkey she had made it through yet another day of desperate dullness and was heading home, after having defeated a pile of Envelopes of Stuffing. Now we return to see that today Office Monkey's world has changed. As the general Office Monkey of the northernmost tip of the great continent of Main, Office Monkey has been lent out to the Kingdom of Student Employment where she is Acting Grand Vizier for the next two work days.

Starting her day by prowling her new domain, Office Monkey discovered that the Kingdom of Student Employment is well stocked in provisions any good Office Monkey could want - namly, candy. Lots of candy.

As Office Monkey reveled in her new found freedom, (for, as Acting Grand Vizier, Office Monkey is free to spend as much time as she likes chatting with her friends in the magical Land of Online and playing games,) she was visited by her dear friend, Research Mole. The two chatted until Research Mole had to return to the Kingdom of Special Collections, presided over by Prince D. of Special Collections, and his trusty Rugby Boy - a kindred spirit to our heroine Office Monkey and her friend the Research Mole.

It is good to know that Office Monkey has such good friends, for this may be her most trying task ever. With only half tasks to occupy her time for the next two days, Office Monkey is at a loss for what she will do with herself.

Stay tuned to see how she manages in the next installment. Same monkey website, same monkey channel.

Non-Monkey related post. Heh. Gacked from [livejournal.com profile] wylddelirium

1. Do you remember your first best friend? Who was it?

My first best friend was a girl in preschool who I used to do random things with, such as steal buttons.

2. Are you still in touch with this person?

Nope. She moved away before we went to kindergarten, and although she showed up again one year in elementry school she moved again later and we never really stayed in touch.

3. Do you have a current close friend?

Several, but specifically, Jessy and [livejournal.com profile] electrolite37

4. How did you become friends with this person?

Jessy I met through several secondary friends, in junior high, and M I met here in Brewerland.

5. Is there a friend from your past that you wish you were still in contact with? Why?

Not particularly. I gues possibly either Anna or Leah, if only because they were such a large part of my life in grade school. But I still hear from both of them, and the only reason we don't talk is that we have nothing to say, so it's kind of hard to regret that.
