Naps make me less sleepy, this is good. Unfortunately, also keep me from doing work, but *shrug* there's always a trade off. LJ also keeps me from doing work, and I'm not about to give that up.

I really need to start doing reading for my film class, if nothing else. Otherwise final paper will be very inane. Very bad. I think I shall avoid that. Also, for same class, need to watch Book of Life again soon, and then both it and Boondock Saints lots to get notes. Luckily I know BDS well enough to fake it. Must come to know Book of Life at least as well. Will probably end up watching it sometime this weekend, if anyone wants to join me let me know and I'll try and find a time that works, rather than me going downstairs at two in the morning or something.

I've got 10 days left to finish app for JET. Still need to fill out work stuff (probably putting dow summer job, cause it was full time, and Astro Research Assitant, just cause), type up essay, get transcript, get affidavit of scheduled graduation, get two recomendations (would have been easier if boss was actually in this afternoon...). Will hopefully remember to do transcript and affidavit tomorrow, and write essay thingy this weekend.

Also this weekend: first session of [livejournal.com profile] lovesmasher and [livejournal.com profile] myloveisrobotic's game (I get to break stuff... lots of stuff... yeah!), meeting for [livejournal.com profile] glasscut's Changling game (must decide on character concept), constitutional convention (do not sleep through... do not...), and probably going to try and go back and do the reading for the film class I've missed. Is only one book. Not going to bother reading the stuff for mysticism I think. We finished talking about Luria, and while book might be interesting, it's also kind of long. I don't know, depending on how much I'm getting done I might do it.

Randomly, have added two new pieces to my wall collection.
"In other words, apart from the known and the unknown, what else is there?" - Harold Pinter
"Don't ask if I've ceased wanting anything - we all know the simile of the drifting clouds. Excess wouldn't fit the precepts: take what comes and you're never in doubt." - Ch'i-chi
